We do not publish flat prices, and we will not quote one over the phone before looking at the property. Rodent work covers very different jobs, from one mouse in a studio apartment to rats behind a multifamily building with a failed foundation, and a single number would mislead more than it would help.

Instead, price follows the inspection. Once we know what is actually happening, we can give you a scope in writing before any work starts. That scope is what you are agreeing to, not a verbal estimate.
