Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
Usually just access to the kitchen, basement, or affected areas. We'll tell you during scheduling if anything specific helps, and most homes need far less prep than people expect.
Is there parking at your Greenpoint office?
Street parking is available on Greenpoint Ave and the surrounding blocks; the office is also two blocks from the Greenpoint Ave G station. Most clients never need to visit — we come to you.
Can I book outside business hours?
Our hours already run 5 AM to 11 PM every day, which covers before work, after work, and weekends at standard rates.
