If the problem is inside an apartment, basement or backyard, include contact details so an inspector can arrange access.
What is a Rat Mitigation Zone?
A Rat Mitigation Zone is an area with high levels of rat activity where City agencies focus resources on rats and the conditions that support them. The Health Department publishes data on complaints and rat control in these zones on its Rat Mitigation Zones website. Check that page to see whether an address falls inside one.
